Book List for 2018

Every year I create a book list with my most anticipated reads of the year. Reading is my jam. And ever since Oprah started her book club in 1996 ?, I have enjoyed sharing the books I read with others. I have started book clubs at home in Houston which quickly became online book clubs once the kids came. Now, I have a book club in Dublin with some great ladies that enjoy reading as much as I do. They have even stretched me to read a few books out of my norm and I love a good challenge.

To be realistic, my minimum goal is to read at least one book a month. If time were my friend, I would read so much more. Unless there is an extreme circumstance, all of my books are read on my iPad using the Kindle App. Becoming an e-reader means I always have a book on hand (iPad, iPhone) and I am able to read and download books at any time…especially when traveling and even waiting in line and believe me there is a lot of waiting in Dublin. No one moves fast here.

  1. I enjoy being kept in touch with you and the family. Although I can’t be there, I look forward to “being” a part of alll those places you all travel through your blog. Keep the “updates” coming. It’s nice to know that you are “savoring” every moment in Ireland. Missing you all! ❤
